IFS Consultation
for Mental Health Professionals

Learning IFS is easy.
Using it well is an art.
Internal Family Systems is a comprehensive roadmap for navigating the mind’s natural multiplicity - the many sub-personalities and wise innate Self that all humans contain within.
With skillful interventions, therapists help clients’ parts release old wounds and extreme roles, resulting in a more authentic and harmonious Self-led person.
It’s a glorious journey to take.
So, why do so many clinicians give up when the process feels stuck?
Most who study this intuitive yet complex model hit roadblocks or plateaus, especially early on, causing their own parts to get discouraged about the process or worried they’ll lead clients into unknown territories resulting in dysregulating backlash. Even skilled IFS graduates may face challenges not addressed in any official training.

IFS-Informed or Level 1+ Trained?
We’ve got you covered!
Comprehensive IFS consultation is available separately for IFS-informed and Level 1+ trained mental health professionals seeking support in their clinical work with clients.
While both the IFS-Informed and L1+ consultation groups are structured similarly, the materials and feedback offered is adjusted to the amount of experience with the model. At the same time, we recognize that IFS training programs vary in their depth and breadth of learning, and we have set the criteria for placement in our groups accordingly.
Note: Our services are not a replacement for official instruction or training in the IFS Model.
